Pray for Your Leader:
The Ones Who Pour Still Bleed

10th May, 2025

This past Sunday, we experienced a powerful and authentic move of God. The presence of the Lord was tangible, and hearts and lives were changed. Each person in the room was touched in a unique way.

In this photo, our leader is seen wiping his eyes while sitting quietly after the encounter. He is surrounded by his family, faithfully serving in the ministry of helps, as they pause for a moment of prayer.

This image serves as a sobering reminder of several truths. Though the young girl in the frame may seem unable to help, her presence is a source of strength to her leader. So often, those who lead others neglect their own emotional, physical, and spiritual needs in order to care for the people they serve. Many have witnessed this leader preach, pray, and serve while carrying personal pain, grief, and physical hardship.

The message is simple but important. After you receive your breakthrough, take a moment to pray for the one who labored for you. Your presence gives strength to your leader. Even if you have nothing else to offer, being there matters more than you know.

Let this photo move your heart to intercede for leadership. The ones who pour out the most are often carrying the heaviest weight.
